This 280-batch bottling is a singular expression of LYON RUM: aged first in Bourbon barrels for 2 years, and then transferred to a Calvados cask for an additional 3 years, making it our oldest rum release to date, and a very unique offering. It is quite possibly our finest rum ever, and we are very excited to share it with you.
